Our Story

Why We Exist

Jon Sheedy flew F/A-18s, graduated from Harvard Business School, acquired and operated a company, and led business development for the State of Indiana. Mike Daniel spent 30+ years in change management, process optimization, and lean manufacturing operations — and has owned and operated small to mid-sized businesses himself.

We didn't become AI consultants because we studied AI. We became AI consultants because we kept seeing the same pattern play out across the industry: consultants would deploy impressive technology and leave, and the predictable aftermath followed — performance degraded, teams lost confidence, and leadership concluded "AI doesn't work."

The technology was never the problem. The missing piece was ongoing stewardship by people who understand business operations — not just AI models. That's why we built the Fractional AI Agent Manager model: to combine deep business operations expertise with AI fluency in a service that stays, governs, and delivers documented results.
